Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes an additional 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon — stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@ghostsocietyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — exchanges are available for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
Fulfillment
Where are your products made?
GHOST SOCIETY CO. products are produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Each item is made to order, which means less waste and a fresher product every time.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Because our products are made to order, there's a production window before your item ships. This ensures every piece is freshly printed and quality-checked before it reaches you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun. Contact us immediately at support@ghostsocietyco.com if you need to make a change.
